Nervous System & Body Awareness Practice: Mindful movement, breath, sound & deep relaxation
This is a slow, nourishing one-hour holistic session designed to help us calm the nervous system, reconnect with the body and restore balance on deeper levels.
Each class weaves together mindful movement inspired by yoga, conscious breathwork, guided meditation, sound healing, aromatherapy and gentle energy awareness. Rather than focusing on performance or achievement, the emphasis is on listening inward, softening tension and cultivating a sense of inner safety and presence.
This practice supports us in becoming more aware of how stress is held in the body and offers simple, effective tools to regulate the nervous system, release accumulated tension and reconnect with ourselves — physically, emotionally and mentally.
No previous experience with yoga or holistic practices is needed. This class is open to all levels and all bodies, and especially supportive for anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed, tired or disconnected.
